Jeanette is absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend her to anyone for all of your mortgage needs. We found our very first home and closed on it within 5 weeks, and Jeanette was so helpful throughout the whole process. We could not have gotten through it that quickly and efficiently without her! She was always there for us whenever we had any concerns or questions, and was always quick to respond. Thank you for everything Jeanette!

Jeanette is the most helpful and patient broker out there! I was 9 months pregnant when my husband and I found out we would have to move out of our 2 family rental at the end of our lease, giving us only 6 months living there with our baby. I was out on maternity leave, and therefore, any mortgage commitment had to be postponed until I was back to work for at least a full 30 days. I met with her, through a family friend’s recommendation, and sat down to figure out what kind of loan my husband and I could get approved for, first. Once that number was established, I spent months searching the web for houses within that price range. Jeanette worked with me as I continually sent her house listings to cross-check the estimated monthly expenses, including mortgage and taxes. She was very patient with me and we were always in direct communication with everything, from the beginning, to when we actually found a house, to the closing date. There were so many documents and paperwork needed, and Jeanette and I were constantly emailing and sending things back and forth, which was also convenient since I had an infant to care for. We were under contract with a house in December, with a closing date at the end of April (since I had to be back to work for 30 days), so the process was long & stressful, BUT there was never a moment where I was waiting for a reply; it was always within the day, or even within the hour that I received my responses. This helped alleviate the stress level for sure! I was, and am, so appreciative for all her hard work crunching the numbers to ensure that the house we chose would be affordable, considering the monthly mortgage and taxes. I would recommend her for anybody needing help getting a mortgage or needing help with anything related to the mortgage process.

"Patience is a virtue", a cliché used by many, however these are the words we lived by during the long, stressful process we endured throughout our home buying experience. Between all of the obstacles we encountered, none of it would have been tolerable without the mild-mannered, knowledgeable professionalism of Alex Clavijo. His style of salesmanship is from an educational standpoint - he thoroughly explains the in's and out's of the mortgage process, and assures that being over prepared is better than just being prepared. My husband and I are First Time Home buyers thanks to the help of Alexander Clavijo. Searching for a home was fun for me but overwhelming at the same time. I started with a loan officer that my realtor had recommended but I felt like the loan officer did not care about my needs to say the least. That is when I decided to call Alexander Clavijo. He was referred to me by my coworker who bought his first home with the help of Alex. When I called Alex, I must have been on the phone with him for about an hour (even with my kids screaming in the background). I explained my frustration to Alex about the loan officer that I was working with. During our first conversation, I could see Alex was a professional and extremely knowledgeable based on his experience and that made me feel at ease when talking to Alex about our personal finances. I asked Alex if he was willing to hand hold me and my husband through this long process of purchasing our first home and Alex agreed to take on the task. Alex did an OUTSTANDING JOB. He was always reachable by phone, email, and or text. He responded to my texts or messages within 24 hours. He really meant it when he agreed to hand hold us because that is exactly what he did. He guided us all the way from the beginning to the end. I am very grateful that my coworker recommended Alex and now I want to do the same thing. If anyone wants the same service that I got, Alex is the loan originator you need!

I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeanette! She was so helpful throughout the entire process. I recently purchased my first home, which is stressfull enough in itself! Add on the fact that I am in upstate NY (outside of Albany), and she is not! But she was so highly recommended by a downstate friend that I was willing to try, even with the distance. I was so worried about getting everything I needed to her in a timely manner, but she emailed me a list of anything and everything that I would need, so I was able to assemble it all at once, which made the process go so smoothly! I was worried that it would take forever to get the approval and close on the house, but Jeanette was very supportive and reassuring throughout. I received emails every day from her - even a few the week she was on vacation, that's how dedicated she is! She was constantly updating everyone involved on what was going on, or if there was something else she needed. Even my realtor and the lawyers involved all commented on how efficient and professional she was, and wished that more of the mortgage brokers up here were like her! Many of my friends who have been through the first-time buying process had me scared with horror stories of months of waiting, and of lack of communication, they couldn't believe how easy and smooth my mortgage process was! If I ever refinance this house, or when I sell this one and buy another one, I will definitely, 100% without a doubt, use her again.

Jeanette is truly one of a kind. I have worked with her three times now - buying my first appartment years ago, buying my house last year, and recently on refinancing my mortgage. Every time Jeanette has gone above and beyond the expected to ensure that I get a loan under the best conditions possible, and that everything went smoothly at closing. I believe Jeanette is the best mortgage broker you could choose for your home purchase. I worked with various brokers leading up to when I met Jeanette and I can unequivocally say that she is indeed by far the best. Her professionalism is nonpareil and she is exceptional at communicating. When you are looking to make such a huge investment, there is a lot of anxiety that goes with the process. The worst thing that can happen is to have a broker that does not return your calls or emails. It only makes the process more anxiety-ridden. You can always count on Jeanette to update you on the process throughout. She responds right away to your call and emails and will answer all your questions very patiently (even those you might consider would make you look stupid to ask). She is always very thoughtful, caring and is extremely knowledgeable. Recently I was thinking of the fact that I could not have gone through this process without Jeanette’s help. In fact, I told my colleagues at work the same thing and for that I am indeed very grateful. I would have pulled out a long time ago as the process can be arduous and frustrating but I always felt that Jeanette consistently had my best interest at heart. I felt she was not just my mortgage broker, but my realtor, counsel and friend at the same time. Thanks. She is certainly deserving of a raise and promotion. Mark Johnson is great, he works with you to answer any questions you may have whether its morning, afternoon, or night; weekend or weekday - makes no difference. I have just finished closing on a house, with the help of Mark Johnson. Mark had been unbelievable to work with and was always available to answer any questions. This included late evening calls as well as Sunday afternoon’s phone calls and emails to calm the nerves of this first time buyer. Mark and his staff made you feel as if you were their only client. They provided us with their full, undivided attention throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage. Even after the close and Mark was able to close our file, he still followed up with us to see if there was anything we needed – that’s customer service at its best!
